This ANEEL CDA extract identifies Brazilian legal persons by CNPJ and reports whether their cadastro marks commercialization, distribution, generation, or transmission activity. Both legacy numeric CNPJs and current alphanumeric CNPJs are validated under Receita Federal rules; canonical IDs retain all 14 positions, including leading zeroes, letters, and two numeric check digits. The broader register can include sector agents, prospective agents, contractors, consumers, and other organizations of interest to ANEEL. A row or active activity flag does not by itself prove a current concession, authorization, licensed asset, production amount, available capacity, supply contract, service territory, ownership relationship, or service to a specific data center. Corporate groups and brands are not merged: only an exact normalized official CNPJ can deduplicate records.
Cloud Draw keeps each full CNPJ as a separate establishment record. A shared eight-digit CNPJ base/root can identify establishments within the same registration root, but this index does not merge on that value. A root match alone does not prove the current parent, owner, operator, corporate control, asset ownership, or customer relationship.
